The inaugural homeowner board, elected as the HOA began its transition from developer to homeowner management in July 2026, consists of four officers, listed below.
The association's bylaws call for five board members, but the At-Large slot remains unfilled until an additional volunteer can be recruited. (Let us know if this might be you!)
Board members are elected each year during the HOA's annual meeting.
President - Darryl Scott
Vice President - Boris Luchterhand
Treasurer - Linda Nagel
Secretary - Craig Canine
President: The President leads The Crossings HOA Board, presides over meetings, and helps guide the overall direction of the community. The president works with the other Board members to set agendas, ensure decisions are carried out, and serve as the primary point of coordination for Board matters.
Vice President: The Vice President supports the President in carrying out Board responsibilities and steps in when the President is unavailable. The VP assists with Board initiatives, committees, and assigned projects to help ensure the HOA’s smooth operation.
Treasurer: The Treasurer oversees the financial management of The Crossings HOA, including reviewing financial reports, assisting with budgets, and ensuring proper bookkeeping to see that dues are collected and expenses are tracked and paid. The Treasurer provides regular financial updates to the Board.
Secretary: The Secretary maintains official records for HOA, including preparing meeting notices, recording and distributing meeting minutes, and ensuring association documents are properly organized and retained. The Secretary is also the nexus of communications between the board and the rest of the association’s member/homeowners.
At-Large: The Board Member At-Large provides additional support to the Officers in conducting board business. This role serves as a successor to fill any officer vacancy that occurs during a term and provides tie-breaking votes during board meetings when necessary.
